		<description>Wow man, finally you are gaining some weight (although it is just .1 lbs). I am curious how the next few days go as far as your weight is concerned. Time will tell.

I haven&#039;t done the calculations, but maybe it would be interesting to add and calculate how many TOTAL grams of food you are eating each day ... and see if you eat more on some days than on others and whether that influences your strength and cognitive abilities. But I guess you will get more accurate results if you compare numbers once you are well adjusted to this diet (and if you go on this permanently).

Just curious: Why did you decide to sleep for another 30 minutes once you woke up? Were you not fully rested? Or were you just lazy? Or were the comforters too comfortable and you wanted to enjoy another 30 minutes of it?</description>
