These are some really good results man. I read Body by science the book and I am doing HIT my way I mean i don't go to the gym it's just that i force the muscle to exhaustion with 1-2 series and try to recover myself as best as I can. I always get a DOMS(delayed onset of muscle soreness) so i think i am doing it alright. I see that the picture is from august last year and i wondered if you have some new pics. I am just curious what are you results in 2 ,3 ,6 months.
Keep up the good work

Thanks for the comment Jose. If you put in the effort for the full secession while you're at the gym and keep your rest periods brief (15-30 seconds), I'm confident you can achieve these results from HIT. I recommend fasting for at least 6 hours before your HIT workout, otherwise you might get queasy your first time.

Also, if you are not currently working out regularly, you might not want to jump straight into HIT. It is intense, hence the rapid results. Good luck!

Yes, that is correct. I only worked out 1 hour, 17 minutes, and 32 seconds for the WHOLE month. The sessions were broken up into 9 workouts.
